When the generator set is shipped, we will inform you in writing about the delivery time, transportation time, so that you can fully grasp the arrival time. When the goods arrive at the delivery place, we will send technicians to inspect the goods at the delivery place with you at the same time.
Installation and commissioning:
After the CONVERSION of the generator set is completed, we can immediately start the commissioning of the generator set. The commissioning work will be carried out by our experienced technicians. During the commissioning of the unit, your technical personnel are welcome to participate in learning. After commissioning, we will provide complete operation and use training courses to the user's staff, and carry out some basic troubleshooting methods of guidance, when the unit problems, the staff can troubleshooting in time to reduce the loss.
warranty:
(1) Warranty period
From the date the generator set arrives at your place, within one year or 1000 working hours (whichever comes first), all generator car faults caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired by our company. Generator car wearing parts, daily use of spare parts, human error operation, negligence maintenance and all not in accordance with the original factory manual to perform the wrong operation are not within the scope of this quality assurance.
(2) after the warranty period
We can provide lifelong service, sign the maintenance agreement with you, we can still guarantee the inspection work once every six months, so that the failure rate is reduced to the maintenance content:
1) Check the valve clearance, replace the diesel filter, clean the diesel engine filter, sample and test the oil; Change the oil, change the oil filter, sample and test the coolant; Check the coolant pump; Check the outside of the radiator for blockage.
2) Check the oil separator: check the nozzle, check the rotational flexibility of the turbocharger rotor; Replace the air filter; Check and tighten the bolts/nuts outside the generator set; Check the battery charging status and maintenance; Check electrical connectors.
