First, diesel engine use precautions and strictly abide by the following matters

1. The fuel used by the diesel engine must conform to the diesel prescribed by "GB252-2000 light diesel". 0 light diesel in summer; In winter, -10, -20, or -35 light diesel is selected according to the climatic conditions. The oil is prescribed to use 40CD, or 15W/40CD, 15W/40CC diesel engine oil, different brands shall not be mixed; Cooling water should be slightly alkaline (shall not contain corrosive) clean water. Add anti-rust liquid (2% anti-rust liquid +98% water)

2. The cold diesel engine can be loaded into normal operation after the water temperature reaches 40 degrees; It is strictly prohibited to run without load or idle speed for a long time.

3. Pay attention to the running condition of the diesel engine in the process of use and make records according to the regulations; If there are abnormal phenomena, the cause should be immediately identified and eliminated in time; Can be restarted;

4. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble diesel engine parts at will; If it is necessary to disassemble and inspect, it shall operate according to the specified procedures and parameters.

Ii. Starting of diesel engine

1. Preparation and inspection before starting to check whether the parts of the diesel engine are complete; Whether the oil, water and gas pipe are securely connected; Whether the output connection is firm; Whether there is debris near the flywheel, etc.;

2. After the new machine is connected to the fuel system, the air of the fuel filter and the injection pump should be excluded; The newly installed high-pressure oil pipe should lever the timing screw of the injection pump to make the high-pressure oil pipe full of diesel;

3. Check the oil level of the lubrication system. Including whether the oil pan is between the top and bottom lines and the liquid level of the fuel injection pump and the governor;

4. Whether the cooling water tank level is normal, whether the water in the open pool is higher than the intake position of the diesel engine, below 5 degrees to heat the cooling water to more than 20 degrees;

5. Check the starting system, first check whether the battery voltage and electrolyte are normal; Whether the control device is flexible; Adjusting tooth rod shall not be issued card; Whether the oil level push rod is in the open state; The second is to open the starting switch, with electric pre-supply pump oil, so that the oil pressure in the main oil channel reaches 98KPA, can be divided into three pump oil starting, each continuous operation time shall not exceed two minutes; If the pump cannot be started for three times, the fault should be removed before starting the pump; The continuous start time of the electric motor after successful oil pumping shall not exceed 15 seconds, and the second start interval time shall be 1 minute; Turn off the starting switch immediately after successful startup. Diesel engine operation to prevent damage caused by the wrong touch of the starting button.

Three, the operation of diesel engine

1, the diesel engine into normal operation, should be no-load operation and according to the requirements to check the oil pressure is greater than or equal to 354KPA, open the cylinder head cover shell, check whether the rocker shaft to oil;

2. Unscrew the water discharge valve at the upper end of the water pump a little. If the water column of the two water pump is strongly rushed out, it indicates that the water supply is normal.

3, check the appearance of the diesel engine, there shall be no oil leakage, water leakage, gas leakage phenomenon;

4. The exhaust color of the diesel engine is normal, and there is no abnormal air in the breathing apparatus.

5, all parts should be firm, diesel engine without abnormal sound and violent vibration phenomenon;

6. The oil level in the oil pan is within the prescribed range;

7. The diesel engine can be gradually loaded after the circulating water temperature rises to more than 40 degrees;

8. The high temperature circulating water temperature of the diesel engine should be kept between 75-85 degrees during normal operation, and the water temperature should not be higher than 90 degrees (the closed pressurized cooling system can reach 95 degrees). Low temperature circulating water temperature is not more than 45 degrees, not less than 15 degrees. The oil temperature should not be higher than 90 degrees, and the oil pressure of 2000 diesel engine should be within the range of 392-784 kpa;

9. During the use of diesel engine, the performance of oil should be checked regularly. According to the condition of oil quality, the oil change cycle should be determined. The index of 40CD is moisture not greater than 0.1; PH should not be less than 0.5 times of the new oil. If there is no detection equipment, the oil change cycle is 700 hours. If it is found that the oil is diluted or the liquid level of the oil pan is increased and the viscosity is abnormal, the machine should be shut down for inspection, to find out the cause and troubleshoot before it can be started;

10. The service cycle of NL antirust liquid is usually one month; The cooling system must be cleaned before replacement;

11. If the diesel engine runs continuously for a long time, the load shall not exceed the continuous power; Under 12-hour calibrated power condition, the continuous operation of the diesel engine shall not exceed 12 hours;

Four, the normal parking of diesel engine

1, the diesel engine should be gradually unloaded under normal conditions, reduce the speed, until the oil and water temperature drop below 60 degrees, can be stopped;

2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 degrees and no anti-freezing measures are taken, the cooling liquid should be drained (including the remaining liquid of the intercooler) when the car is stopped;

3, when the ambient temperature is lower than the oil freezing point, should stop the oil to clean; If the oil is replaced, the impurities in the oil have not settled after stopping, and need to be discharged and cleaned;

4. If the diesel engine is sealed for a long time after parking, the fuel system and the combustion chamber are filled with sealed oil, and then the coolant is discharged, including the oil and diesel of the diesel engine.

Five, emergency stop of diesel engine

During the operation of the diesel engine, if there is an unexpected fault, such as not stopping in time will endanger the safety of the human body and equipment, should be quickly pull the stop handle to the stopping position or according to the emergency stop button of safety protection measures, so as to stop the diesel engine. When the diesel engine oil quantity control mechanism fails (such as the fuel injection pump oil quantity adjustment gear rod stuck, governor failure, etc.) or flammable and explosive gas occurs in the workplace, it is impossible to cut off the fuel path, and the explosion-proof device should be used to cut off the intake path in time, forcing the diesel engine to stop.
