The electrolyte level should exceed the battery grid plate by about 10mm (except maintenance-free batteries). The electrolyte specific gravity should be checked regularly. The electrolyte specific gravity is 1.28G/CM³, and when the electrolyte specific gravity drops to 1.24G/CM³, it should be charged immediately (except maintenance-free batteries).

(2) Replacement of lubricating oil replacement of lubricating oil should be carried out in the shutdown state, with the pump or remove the oil plug of the oil tank to discharge the lubricating oil, the released lubricating oil should be collected in the container. Inject new oil to make the lubricating oil reach the volume cursor to the high line, start the engine to run for 5 to 10 seconds to stop, stop for 15 minutes, check the lubricating oil level, oil injection to make it reach H point.

(3) Replacement and cleaning of generator maintenance air filter gas Remove the paper filter element of the air filter, clean the core with low pressure compressed air, clean the air tube from the filter element to the outside to remove dust, the compressor is not allowed to contain oil and water. Check the filter element after cleaning to make sure there are no holes. Holes or blocked filter elements must be replaced, otherwise it will accelerate engine wear or power loss. Wipe the housing clean with a clean cloth, check the rubber seal gasket, and replace the failed or damaged rubber ring. Install new or cleaned filter element. Press the adjust button to reset the warning indicator to zero.

(4) Generator maintenance air cooler cleaning If the air cooler has many pollutants, which will affect the ventilation effect, remove the fan cover, loosen the connecting pipe of the cooler, loosen the cooler from the water tank, and carefully rinse with water.
