Operation processing

The generator set should be checked regularly after running for a period of time. The long line unit should be checked every 6-8 hours, and the standby unit should be checked again after stopping. The inspection parts can be carried out in the following aspects: Lubricating oil residue, air filter blocking indicator, coolant level, radiator and external ventilation, engine drive belt group, fuel supply, etc. After the generator set runs for every 50 hours, the water in the oil-water separator should be discharged and the electrolytic level of the starting battery should be checked. After 200-300 hours of operation of the new unit, it is necessary to check the valve clearance and check the fuel injector: after 400 hours of operation of the generator set, it is necessary to check and adjust the transmission belt, replace it if necessary, check and clean the radiator chip and discharge the sludge in the fuel tank; Oil and oil filters need to be changed every 600 hours of operation or at least every 12 months; The frequency of the lubricating oil replacement cycle of the unit is different according to the quality of different lubricating oil and the sulfur content of the fuel and the consumption of lubricating oil of the generator set. Every 800 hours of operation, it is necessary to change the oil-water separator and fuel filter, check whether the turbocharger leaks, check whether the intake pipeline leaks, check and clean the fuel pipeline; Adjust valve clearance after 1200 hours of operation; After every 2000 hours of operation, replace the air filter and coolant, thoroughly clean the tank radiator chip and water channel; Check fuel injectors, thoroughly check clean turbochargers, and thoroughly check engine equipment after 2400 hours of operation.
